alarm installation engineer.

direction of an alarm engineer), the test call will

be via a premium rate number)

If your alarm panel is connected to an

internal telephone network (PABX

system) which requires a ‘9’ for an

outside line, press ‘YES’, otherwise

press ‘NO’.

Once test is complete, press ‘YES’.

Please note that all CHC calls are 50p

per call.
